Website Purpose
Model [X] Studios is a creative brand and fictional studio identity operated by The Aesir Group LLC. This website presents creative work, services, fictional characters, storyworlds, visual projects, and related materials associated with Model [X], the Daughterverse, and related projects. Information is provided for promotional, editorial, entertainment, portfolio, licensing, and general informational purposes.
Intellectual Property
Except where otherwise expressly identified, Model [X], the Daughterverse, their original characters and character identities, written works, artwork, visual designs, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, campaign treatments, photographs, digital-model materials, and associated creative assets are owned or controlled by The Aesir Group LLC. Model [X] Studios is the public-facing creative brand through which selected materials and licensing opportunities may be presented. Certain fonts, software, platforms, stock materials, technical tools, and other third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Permitted Use and Promotional Sharing
You may view this website for personal, noncommercial purposes. Images that are publicly displayed on the Model [X] Studios website may also be shared or reposted for personal, editorial, commentary, fan-discussion, or other noncommercial social-media purposes, provided the image is not materially altered and appropriate credit is given to Model [X] Studios / The Aesir Group LLC, with a link to the original Model [X] page where reasonably possible.
Cropping or resizing solely to accommodate a social-media or editorial format is permitted, provided it does not materially change the work, remove attribution or identifying marks, or misrepresent the character, project, or Model [X] Studios.
This limited permission does not authorize content, images, characters, logos, writing, or other materials to be sold, sublicensed, used in paid advertising or commercial campaigns, incorporated into merchandise, used to create derivative or synthetic works, used for AI or machine-learning training, or used to generate, imitate, or replicate a Model [X] or Daughterverse character without express written permission from The Aesir Group LLC. Source files, downloadable PDFs, comp cards, character-reference materials, and other materials not expressly presented for public promotional sharing may not be redistributed without permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Access to or use of this website does not create any implied license, assignment, transfer, waiver, or other permission to use Model [X], the Daughterverse, any character, image, text, artwork, branding, or other creative asset beyond the limited sharing permission stated above.
Image and AI Restrictions
Website images, character references, face or body designs, written descriptions, visual assets, and related materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, develop, or operate generative-AI systems, facial-recognition systems, synthetic-media tools, machine-learning models, character-replication systems, voice or likeness simulations, or similar technologies without express written permission from The Aesir Group LLC. An image license does not authorize the creation of new images, animations, voices, digital replicas, or derivative character materials unless those rights are specifically granted in writing.
Bookings and Inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a model, confirm a production date, or form a binding agreement. All bookings remain subject to written confirmation, availability, scope, pricing, releases, and separate service terms.
Accuracy and Availability
Model [X] Studios may update, remove, or revise website content at any time. We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or continuously available.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
