Is Model [X] Studios real?

Model [X] is a fictional creative studio and storyworld presented through the design language of a working New York modeling and creative agency. The studio history, staff, models, campaigns, publications, and narrative events shown on the site are fictional unless specifically identified otherwise.

Model [X] may still consider selected real-world licensing, design, art-direction, digital-model, and branded-content projects.

Can I create new images using a Model [X] character?

Not independently.

A commercial license to use an existing image does not grant permission to generate new images, alter the character’s appearance, animate the character, create a voice, build a digital replica, train or fine-tune a model on the character, or produce derivative material. Any such use must be expressly approved in writing by The Aesir Group LLC.

Who owns Model [X] and its characters?

Except where otherwise expressly identified, Model [X], the Daughterverse, their original characters and character identities, written works, artwork, visual designs, branding, logos, layouts, campaign treatments, digital-model materials, and associated creative assets are owned or controlled by The Aesir Group LLC. Model [X] Studios is the public-facing creative brand and fictional studio identity through which selected materials and licensing opportunities are presented.

Certain technical tools, fonts, stock materials, software, platforms, or third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Does licensing an image transfer ownership?

No.

A license grants permission for a defined use. It does not transfer ownership of the image, character, name, identity, story, brand, or underlying intellectual property. Any rights not specifically granted in writing remain reserved.

What is the difference between licensing an image and licensing a character?

An image license permits use of a specific completed image under defined conditions.
